Terms of Use

The mock rules for using Fluent Fins — accounts, practice content, acceptable use and limitations. This is sample copy for the product, not a binding contract.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using fluentfins.com, the ENGLISH portal or the TOEFL portal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Fluent Fins for a school or company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on that organisation’s behalf.

2. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information and keep your password (or Google sign-in) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Student accounts may self-register. Instructor and admin accounts are created by Fluent Fins. Do not attempt to access a role that is not assigned to you.

3. Practice content and licences

Question sets, tests, courses, media and articles are licensed for personal learning on Fluent Fins. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially reuse content without written permission.

Answers you submit remain yours; you grant Fluent Fins a licence to store, score and display them inside the product (including instructor review where applicable).

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe other users’ data, share accounts, or use automated tools to harvest questions or answers.

Do not upload unlawful, harassing or infringing material. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI feedback

Fin AI and similar features provide automated suggestions. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are not a substitute for a teacher, official TOEFL scoring, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for how you use feedback in exams, applications or coursework.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, pause or retire features, portals or content as the product develops.

Mock pricing, plans and promotions described on the marketing site may change; paid terms (when billing is live) will be shown at checkout.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Fluent Fins is provided “as is” for this preview. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for exam outcomes, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the mock platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
